Newborn Arm Phantom is designed based on the anatomy of an average healthy newborn baby, and it is made from highly realistic materials that make it suitable for ultrasound-guided IV training for nurses and physicians.Â
The phantom is an ideal investment for learning the skills of giving an intravenous injection on a baby’s arm under ultrasound guidance, and it is made from durable and long-lasting materials. The blood vessels are permanently prefilled with an ultra-soft rubber-like material so the phantom will never leak or require any extra blood-mimicking fluid.
The baby arm phantom is specifically designed for ultrasound-guided needle placement without involving the blood drawing procedure.
