MRI Phantoms
Our phantom technology is optimized for anatomical MRI applications. The tissue-mimicking materials we use exhibit realistic T2 relaxation times, making our phantoms particularly well-suited for T2-weighted MRI imaging.
Excellent imaging results can also be achieved with Proton Density (PD) sequences, and satisfactory results with T1-weighted methods. However, please note that the T1 values of our materials are less anatomically accurate, typically around 100 ms.

Our Phantoms Under MRI
These scans were taken using our Adult Head (Standard) Phantom – SKU: HD-A03. The head phantom is clearly visible on the MRI images and features a realistic skull housing a brain phantom with ventricles and a detailed vascular network.
These scans are taken from our Adult Full Body (with Muscles) for X-Ray CT, MRI – SKU: FB-A02. This phantoms tissues have realistic T2 relaxation time values, which makes this product the best fit for any T2-weighted MRI imaging methods.

These scans are taken from our Adult Female Torso for X-Ray CT, MRI – SKU: CT-A02. The phantom exhibits good results under both T1 and T2-weighted imaging methods.
